MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Le Club de Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as the Club) is a completely members-only club that offers even higher levels of "high-quality hospitality" and "high-quality space" than previous clubs, allowing each member to use the club as a "private club."
Our exclusive membership system, which only attracts a limited number of members, provides peace of mind and trust, providing emotional satisfaction.
These terms and conditions govern the overall operation of the club, and members are deemed to have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions upon joining.
Please note that some of the contents of these Terms and Conditions may be changed or amended, and other provisional rules may be applied.

This club is operated by Le Club de Tokyo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Anyone who agrees with the purpose of the club, is 30 years of age or older, and meets the following qualifications can apply for membership in the manner specified by the club.

・Those who have been introduced by a group store
・People who are socially and economically stable
・Those who have been recommended or introduced by a member

When an application for membership is received, the club's admissions committee will conduct the required screening.
The applicant will be notified of the results of the screening promptly. The screening will be conducted based on the criteria set by the club.
There will be no appeals against the results of the review.

The membership fee for this club will be determined separately.
The registration fee must be paid by the time of your first visit.
The receipt issued at the time of payment will serve as a receipt.
Once paid, the membership fee will only be refunded if the club approves the refund.
However, if a member engages in any activity that is deemed to be disruptive to the operation of the club, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.

This club is a permanent membership system. However, if you do not visit the store for one year, you will be charged 10,000 yen (excluding consumption tax) as a re-registration fee for the entrance authentication system.
However, this does not apply if there is a reason approved by the Club.

When using the club, it is mandatory that at least one member is present.

If a member violates the Club's membership regulations, causes damage to the Club, or disparages other members, and fails to improve despite receiving a warning or reprimand from the Club, the member's membership will be revoked.
If any false information is provided in your application, your membership will be revoked.
If there are any changes to your registered information (contact details, address, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible.
If we do not receive your contact information, your membership may be cancelled.
Furthermore, regardless of the above, if the Club determines that a Member's eligibility has been revoked, the Member will be treated in the same manner.

Members may withdraw from the membership at any time upon request.
However, according to our company regulations, no refunds of membership fees will be made for the next 10 years.
The cancellation procedure will not begin until you have paid a separate cancellation fee of 30,000 yen (excluding consumption tax).
In this case, the withdrawal fee cannot be offset against the registration fee.
If a member wishes to cancel their membership, they will be asked to come to the club and have their vein authentication confirmed as their identity.
In this case, you must submit in writing the necessary information specified by the Company and a receipt for the membership fee deposit, and your membership will be terminated after the cancellation process has been completed by the Membership Secretariat.

Members are welcome to recommend new members from their circle of friends who they believe would be suitable for the club.

Our club is a members-only club with a dress code.
Accompanying guests will not be allowed to enter the store wearing the following attire:

・Shorts
・Damaged jeans
・T-shirt without a jacket
·cap
Sandals
·sunglasses

*If you are not wearing a jacket, please wear one with a collar.

Please refrain from visiting or accompanying fellow members of the same industry to this club.
If a member is found to be in the same industry, the club reserves the right to revoke the member's membership.
Furthermore, if a member is found to be affiliated with an organized crime group or an anti-social person (including cases where the member has a connection to such an organization), the club may revoke the member's membership.
