We send you information documents if you phone us to our office below that you are considering to be a member.

In agreement with our regulation, please return the filled “Membership Application Form” with pasting your office card in information documents via post to our office.

We examine your detail for becoming a member.
Please pay for admission fee to our bank account as we send you, who pass a judge which is to be a member or not, a document of membership admission information and a bill of admission fee to your e-mail address.
